Tech not functioning correctly? There are two ways to obtain troubleshooting assistance from a member of our campus IT Team:
Submit a work order via email . In the email, include details of the assistance needed and your location information. After submitting the email request, you will receive an Incident Creation receipt email. Shortly thereafter, you should receive a follow-up email with subject: Incident Update. Please read this email and its contents as this means that a tech has picked up your request and has provided an ETA for arrival or some communication regarding your request with tips or further questions. You can communicate with your assigned technician directly through the Incident Update emails.
Call 602-764-1201. If a tech is available, they will attempt to troubleshoot over the phone or you can leave a voicemail with your need, campus, and campus location and a work order will be generated for you once your message is reviewed by District HelpDesk staff.
