We are excited to welcome you to Central’s Freshman House!
Our Freshman House was designed to help you have a great 9th grade experience. Students are teamed up with classmates, peer mentors, and teachers who are ready to support you as you navigate the beginning of your high school career.
Highlights:
Students share a team of core academic teachers
A 9th grade counseling team
Electives and extra-curriculars available to all students in the house
Classes centrally located on campus
Attendance and academic incentives
Free tutoring
Peer mentors (Link Crew)
Freshman Connections and Advisory; offering support unique to 9th graders
1-1 devices; all 9th graders receive a school-issued laptop
