Please plan requests as early as possible to give time for approval and to prepare accordingly all required equipment, preparation, etc.

Things To Keep In Mind:

Some spaces may not be available due to priority programs/activities (i.e. Main Gym during Volleyball/Basketball season, etc.) 

Some spaces will require further clearance with additional parties (i.e. the IMC/Library, Auditorium, fields, etc.)

Confirmation of your reservation will come from the Assistant Principal of Connectedness (APC) Office via EMAIL
