star and circle shape in a square plate

On Saturday, Ms. Erin Sullivan and eight students from Central High School volunteered at the P.A.N.D.A. Gala at the Jet Linx Hangar in Scottsdale. P.A.N.D.A. stands for Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal infections. A memorable moment was seeing the children affected by this disorder dressed up and participating in a fashion show.

The students, along with an event chef, served over 500 plates for both the salad and dinner courses, completing the dinner course in 49 minutes. This was the largest event they have worked, with over 1,100 guests in attendance. The experience highlighted the diverse skills and passion of our Culinary Bobcats.
