The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) requires schools to develop a plan that supports the vision of Arizona's students and schools on topics such as accountability, funding, and school improvements. Each year, Metro Tech conducts a Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) with all applicable stakeholders, including parents and community members. This data is used to create an Integrated Action Plan (IAP), reflective of local context and needs.
