All breakfast and lunch services are created, prepared, and served daily by the Metro Tech High School S.T.A.R.T. program students and staff. S.T.A.R.T. (Students Training Adjustment for Realistic Transition) is an innovative special needs program offered by the Metro Tech Exceptional Student Services department that is unique to Metro Tech High School.
