The PXU Engagement Center’s purpose is to provide students who have disconnected from the PXU portfolio, Opportunity Youth, and dropouts a supportive re-entry to high school. We utilize a best interest determination intake process to connect students based on their individual goals, needs, and strengths to ensure success and high school graduation.  

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Students leave school for different reasons and may feel overwhelmed with the complexities of getting back on track and returning to school. Our Engagement Center Counselors and Student Mentors work with each student individually to eliminate barriers, mitigate life challenges, provide social-emotional interventions, and academic support.
