 Phoenix Public Library - eLibrary - with your library card from the Phoenix Public Library (PPL), you have free access to thousands of digital materials like eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMusic, eMagazines, eNewspapers, and eVideos. Library of Congress gives you online access to the largest collection in the world. Primary sources, historical documents, current events information, plus much more are available from the Library of Congress.
