Your time at Carl Hayden Community High School is nearing its end, and we couldn't be more proud of you!

Now that it's your last year, you may feel like you have a handle on advisory and how to make it work for you. 

Whether you are really up-to-date with all your credits or are still tying up some loose ends, we want to leave you with some reminders.

• Get in contact with your counselor early on and commit to check-in points that map out your goals. 

• Take the class: Whatever you need, take the class. 8th and 9th hour are options available to you. 

   

• Apply for scholarships if you are caught up in class work during advisory - there is money out there

• Ask your counselor or a college representative for help to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Application. Start by first creating your FSA ID here!

   

• Get involved in the community, community service hours look great on any resume! 

• Request letters of recommendations and remain in good standing on your bookstore account. 

• Make every day count.
